Right-click and point to "Group." Click "Group." Hold "Shift" and click to select all of the pictures in the border. Copy the left border to the right side, just like you did from the top to the bottom. Repeat the process of copying and pasting the pictures from the top left down the left side. Hold "Ctrl-Shift" and drag down to make a new row of pictures across the bottom of the slide. Hold "Shift" and click to select all the pictures across the top. Repeat until you have pictures all the way across the top. Repeat the click-and-drag with "Ctrl-Shift" held to copy and paste the two pictures.
Hold "Shift" and then click the original picture. The Ctrl key will make a copy of the picture and the Shift key will keep it moving in a straight line. Release the mouse button and then the keyboard buttons. Type the resulting number in the Width box and press "Enter." For example, if you want six pictures across you would type "1.67" in the box.Ĭlick and drag the picture to the upper-left corner of the slide.Ĭlick the picture and hold "Ctrl-Shift." Drag to the right until the edges of the new and original picture are touching.
Click the check box next to "Lock Aspect Ratio." Divide 10 by the number of images you want across the top and bottom of the slide. This opens the Size and Position dialog box. Click and drag the handles to remove any sections of the picture that you don't want to use in your border.Ĭlick the arrow in the lower-right corner of the Size section on the far right of the ribbon. The handles on the picture will change from white dots to black brackets. Here you'll find nearly everything you need to create your border.Ĭlick "Crop" from the right side of the ribbon. Double-click the file to insert it into your PowerPoint presentation.Ĭlick to select your picture and then click on the "Picture Tools: Format" tab.
